Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Please read our policy carefully before booking your tour. By completing your reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Policy:

• All bookings for the Barnton Bunker Tour are non-refundable. As a registered Scottish charity, the £25 per person booking fee is classified as a donation directly contributing to the vital restoration efforts of the Barnton Bunker. Due to our charitable purpose and the immediate allocation of these funds to our preservation work, we are unable to offer refunds.

• We encourage all visitors to carefully review their selected date and time before confirming their booking, as all sales are final.

• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Rescheduling Your Tour:

• We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact Barnton Bunker as soon as possible via our [insert link to your contact page or email address here, e.g., info@barntonbunker.com].

• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability on an alternative tour date. While we will do our best to find a suitable alternative, we cannot guarantee availability.

• Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your booked tour time. Requests made less than 48 hours before the tour may not be accommodated.

Cancellations by Barnton Bunker:

• In the rare event that Barnton Bunker must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, extreme weather, essential maintenance, or other operational issues), you will be offered the option to reschedule your tour to an alternative date only.

• No refunds will be provided, even in the event of a cancellation initiated by Barnton Bunker, as all booking fees are considered donations directly allocated to the bunker's restoration.

• We will notify affected guests as soon as possible using the contact details provided at the time of booking. Barnton Bunker is not responsible for any other costs incurred by visitors, such as travel or accommodation.

Arrival for Your Tour:

• Tours begin promptly at 1:00 PM at the bunker gates, coinciding with their opening. We recommend arriving a few minutes early. While tours start on time, late arrivals may still join the tour in progress. Please note that no refunds or rescheduling will be offered if you miss part of the tour due to late arrival.
